A mix of competences for a transversal experience: let’s explore Silvia’s passionate journey from computer engineering to the super sports cars customer experience.
Silvia joined Automobili Lamborghini seven years ago and is part of the Customer Journey Benchmarking & Innovation Team. She describes our company not only as a workplace but also as a family where all the people and all the departments collaborate to design experiences. Silvia sets an example for anyone who wants to blend different paths together. After graduating in computer engineering she decided to get a Master’s in Management, thus building up a hybrid education profile. Today, interacting with different teams, she combines her technical skills with the understanding of others’ feelings and desires in order to create the perfect customer journey.
